Terms of Purchase
1. Agreement
These terms govern the customer's use of goods and services provided by the seller and apply to all sales, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Prices
All prices are stated in NOK and include VAT. The seller reserves the right to correct obvious errors, such as technical errors or mispricing, and may cancel orders in such cases.
4. Conclusion of Agreement
The agreement is binding when the buyer has submitted the order, unless there is a writing or typing error that should reasonably have been understood as a mistake.
5. Payment
Payment in the online store is made via Shopify Payments.
6. Delivery
Delivery is made by post. We use POSTEN and ship from Kristiansand, Norway.
Normal delivery time is 1–4 business days after dispatch. Some routes may take 4–5 business days. Delivery times may vary during peak season, before holidays, and on public holidays.
Once the order is shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.
We recommend downloading the Posten tracking app.
Uncollected Packages
If the package is not collected within 14 days, it will be returned to us. A fee of NOK 500 will then be charged, covering shipping, return, and administration. To avoid the fee, you must actively inform us if you cannot collect the package or wish to cancel the order.
7. Risk of the Goods
The risk of the goods passes to the buyer upon delivery. If the goods are damaged before delivery, the risk is borne by the seller.
8. Right of Withdrawal
For purchases at www.colonwell.no, the right of withdrawal applies according to the Consumer Purchases Act. Note that our products are classified as health products and dietary supplements and are therefore not covered by the right of withdrawal.
9. Delay and Non-Delivery
If delivery fails or is delayed, the buyer may withhold payment, demand fulfillment, cancel the agreement, and/or claim compensation.
10. Complaints and Defects
The buyer has the right to complain under the Consumer Purchases Act. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time and no later than two months after the defect was discovered.
11. Seller’s Rights in Case of Breach
In the event of buyer default, the seller may withhold the goods, demand fulfillment, cancel the agreement, and/or claim compensation.
12. Force Majeure
The seller is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by circumstances beyond the seller’s control, including natural disasters, war, strikes, or supplier failures.
13. Personal Data
By using our services, you consent to the processing of personal data in accordance with this privacy policy.
14. Disputes
Disputes shall be attempted resolved amicably. If this fails, the matter may be brought to the Norwegian Consumer Council. Disputes are governed by Norwegian law, with the buyer’s venue as jurisdiction.
